Analysis tool
Bank Statement Analyzer
Upload the statements and get a transaction report back — then see that report compared against everything else the client reported, so the things people honestly forget come to the surface before the case is prepared.
This tool reports and guides. It does not make decisions, does not give legal advice, and does not determine eligibility — an attorney reviews every finding. The tool is constantly evolving as rules, sources, and practice change.
What the scan reports
- Every deposit sorted by source — payroll, self-employment, benefits, transfers, cash.
- Recurring payments grouped so nothing regular gets missed.
- Transfers to family, friends, or another account of the Debtor's own.
- Large or unusual transactions flagged with the date and amount.
- Six-month totals by month, ready to sit beside the income figures.

Compared to what was reported
The report is measured against the intake answers, the means-test income, and the asset and debt schedules. Differences are raised as questions for the attorney — never as conclusions.
- A deposit stream the Debtor never listed as income.
- A car or loan payment leaving the account with no matching secured debt reported.
- An insurance or retirement debit pointing to an asset that wasn't disclosed.
- A payment to a relative inside the look-back period.
- A garnishment or levy showing in the statements but not in the questionnaire.
- A second account referenced by transfers that isn't on the asset list.

Illustrative example using fictitious Debtor data. Bankruptcy.AI is a technology platform, not a law firm, and nothing here is legal advice.
