What We Shipped This Month, What We Did Not, and Why

The first entry in what will be a recurring transparency post: what shipped in May, what got pushed, and the honest reasons for each.

We are going to publish one of these posts every month. The goal is simple: practitioners should know what is in the platform, what is coming, and what did not make it and why. We think transparency about the product is more valuable than a polished changelog — so this is the unpolished version.

What shipped

341 document checklist with auto-detection. The trustee document package feature is live. Standard checklist items are tracked automatically as documents arrive. The one-click trustee ZIP generates when the checklist is complete. District-specific customization is available in firm settings.

White-label email domain configuration. Firms can now configure a custom email domain for client portal invitations. The magic-link email goes out from your domain, not ours.

Export gap tracking. The export screen now shows a pre-export gap report — every required field for the petition platform, whether it is populated, and from what source. Fields populated from integrations are distinguished from manually entered fields.

What got pushed

Period-aware bank statement validation. We want the checklist to verify not just that bank statements are present but that the 90-day period is fully covered for each account. The logic for detecting coverage gaps is built; the UI for surfacing it to staff needs more work. This ships in June.

Practice management push integration. We started building a push connector to sync case status to external practice management systems. This is more complex than the pull side — different systems, different auth patterns, different data models. Realistic ship date is Q3.
